Which running shoe is best for me? Part III. Adelaide Podiatrist gives advice.

Whether you are new to running or a seasoned campaigner, there are a couple of things that should be considered when looking for your next shoe.

Do you have a high or low arch?

How often and how far do you run?

Have you had any running injuries?

How did the previous shoes perform?

What are the wear patterns like on the out sole of the previous shoes?

Do you have a wide or narrow foot?

Have you been asked these questions before? Over the next few posts I’ll go into why these questions are important.

Happy running!
