New Shoe Review – Mizuno Wave Sky

NEW SHOE REVIEW – MIZUNO WAVE SKY

Just a quick one today. Mizuno recently released a new shoe that we quite like, the Mizuno Wave Sky. Priced at around $240 we think it is definitely worth considering, particularly if you wear orthotics.

Why We Like It:

Neutral High Mileage Runner (Neutral Version to the popular Mizuno Wave Inspire)
If you wear a stability shoe, this is a good neutral shoe to rotate it with (research suggests rotating your shoes between stability and neutral can prevent injury)
New Wave Plate Cushioning (increased stability for midfoot/forefoot runners)
Lighter than the previous Mizuno Wave Enigma
Comes in 2 different widths
Fits an orthotic very well (in our opinion)

As always, if you need any help with choosing the right shoe for you, we are here to help.

Cheers
